Hi, I'm Jennifer!  For the past 20 years, I have worked with young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, overthinking, or overwhelming emotions. You may be navigating big life transitions — school, work, relationships, identity, or independence — and feeling unsure where to start. If you want therapy that’s warm, practical, and grounded in real tools, you’re in the right place.


My approach blends emotional insight with practical skill-building. You’ll learn tools you can use in daily life, not just during sessions.

DBT-based skills for grounding, communication, and emotional regulation
Systems thinking to understand patterns, relationships, and context
Wellness and life-navigation tools for stress, boundaries, routines, and identity

Each session is collaborative, empathic, and tailored to your needs.

About Me

I help young adults feel more steady, connected, and capable through warm, skill-based therapy. You might be here because life feels heavier than it should.
